Standard-ARRIVE IN ARUSHA
– Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha. Meet by your English speaking guide
– Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha. (45min to 1hr drive depending on Traffic)
– Arrive in Arusha and check in, take some time to rest and acclimate to the new surroundings.
– If time allows or if you would want, Kanga Adventures can arrange for one of our expert guides to accompany you as you explore Arusha by day or night. Explore Arusha’s city, explore local markets, or take a leisurely stroll.

OPT 2 Arusha National Park
– Embark on a full-day safari adventure to Arusha National Park.
– Experience the diverse wildlife and breath-taking landscapes of the park.
– Enjoy game drives and spot animals such as giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and various bird species.
– Take a hike to the stunning Mount Meru viewpoint for panoramic views.
– Return to your accommodation in Arusha for a relaxing evening.

OPT 3: MTO WA MBU
– Depart from Arusha for a day trip to the nearby village of Mto wa Mbu.
– Explore the vibrant local culture and interact with the friendly residents.
– Visit a local market and taste traditional Tanzanian cuisine.
– Take a guided walking tour through the village and learn about the local way of life.
– Optional activities may include cycling tours, visiting a banana plantation, or a cultural dance performance.

STANDARD-TARANGIRE N.P
Embark on an exciting day safari to Tarangire National Park after breakfast. – See the park’s iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds, also known as a country of elephants. Enjoy game drives to see lions, zebras, wildebeests, and giraffes, among other animals.
– Have a picnic lunch in the park to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. After lunch, go on an afternoon game drive. In the evening, drive to your lodge for dinner and sleep at……or comparable.

– Return to Arusha in the late afternoon.
– In the evening, you can explore the local nightlife or enjoy a relaxing evening at your accommodation.

OPT 5: Lake Manyara National Park
– Depart from Arusha for a day trip to Lake Manyara National Park.
– Discover the park’s diverse ecosystem, including the flamingo-filled lake and lush green forests.
– Enjoy game drives and spot animals such as elephants, hippos, buffaloes, and tree-climbing lions.
– Picnic lunch within the park.
– Return to Arusha in the late afternoon.

OPT 6: Departure from Arusha
– Check out from your hotel and bid farewell to Arusha.
– If time allows, you can visit the nearby Coffee farms and have a coffee tour and tasting experience.
– Depart from Arusha to your next destination, whether it’s continuing your Tanzanian adventure or heading back home.

Standard-Ngorongoro
After breakfast, drive for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site noted for its unique habitat and plentiful animals and part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.Stop by Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro view point. After roughly an hour of driving from the main gate, you will arrive at the descending gate into the crater and can begin your game drive in search of the BIG FIVE. Lunch picnic in the crater: Around midday, you’ll find a beautiful spot within the crater to enjoy a picnic lunch. It’s a good opportunity to unwind, enjoy your dinner, and take in the scenery. After lunch, continue your afternoon wildlife drive as you exit the crater and make your way to your lodge for supper and overnight at.. or an comparable.

Here’s what you can expect during your visit to the Ngorongoro Crater:

1. Travel to Ngorongoro Crater: The journey from your starting point, which could be Arusha or another nearby town, to the Ngorongoro Crater will take several hours by road. You will travel through scenic landscapes, including rolling hills, local villages, and possibly wildlife sightings along the way.

2. Arrival at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area: Upon reaching the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll proceed to the designated entry gate where you’ll pay park fees and complete necessary formalities. The conservation area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its unique ecosystem and abundant wildlife.

3. Descend into the crater: Once inside the conservation area, you will drive down into the Ngorongoro Crater. This natural wonder is a massive caldera that formed millions of years ago, and it is one of the most captivating wildlife destinations in Africa. As you descend, the scenery changes, and you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the crater floor.

After breakfast, you will set out on an adventurous adventure to Serengeti National Park. Stop by Maasai Village in Ngorongoro before entering Serengeti National park. Arrive at the park gate, snap some photos, and then enter the park to go on exhilarating game drives through the Serengeti’s huge plains. After a picnic lunch, continue with the game drive till evening, then return go to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Melia Serengeti or comparable.

After breakfast embark on a full day game drive in search of the BIG FIVE and the wildebeest migration. You’ll have the opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures up close and witness their behaviours in their natural habitat. A whole day game drive in Serengeti National Park is an immersive and unforgettable experience that allows you to maximize your time exploring the park’s diverse ecosystems and encountering its abundant wildlife. Have hot picnic lunch. After lunch, your game drive will continue as you explore different areas of the park. In the evening return to the lodge. Sundowner and bush dinner In the late afternoon, as the sun starts to descend, you may have the opportunity to enjoy a sundowner, a refreshing drink amidst the wilderness while taking in the beauty of the Serengeti’s sunset. The sunset game drive allows for incredible photo opportunities and the chance to witness the changing colors of the landscape.

Standard SERENGETI TO ARUSHA VIA MTO WA MBU
After breakfast, depart for Arusha, with a brief game drive enroute. When you get in Mto wa mbu, stop for a local lunch. Proceed to Arusha after lunch. Arrive in the evening for a coffee tour where you will be able to sample several coffee blends. Proceed to your hotel in the evening for supper and sleep at Grand Melia or equivalent.
